At my gym I do these two workouts 3-4 times a week and I've been putting them down as (aerobics, general) but am not sure if that's correct.

The first one is called "Ripped" and this is the description:
Group resistance training using weights, benches and resist-a-balls. You'll focus on muscle endurance and functional fitness.

The next one is "Ball Dynamics":
The ball is an excellent training tool to do develop strength, mobility and balance. This class format will take you through a series of exercises with a focus on core stabilization.

What would you log these as?!

Well, without knowing exactly what you're doing I would probably consider "Ripped" strength training. And the "Ball" one as a yoga or pilates type workout?

Well Ripped I used 8-10 pound weights and there's a lot of strength training (lunges, different types of crunches, arm exercises) the Ball Dynamics you're using a stability ball the entire time doing push ups, sit ups, lunges, everything like that

I would put Ripped down as strength training and ball dynamics as calisthenics.
