Online Timer?

I'm looking for an online timer that I can set to go off at regular intervals so I don't have to watch my clock like a hawk. For example, I'm supposed to do as many of one type of strength training exercise as I can in thirty seconds and then rest for thirty.
So how do y'all keep track of time when working out?
I was thinking there must be some kind of stopwatch online. (which is my best option for now.) Any suggestions?
Also, when I'm back in the States in the summer I can go to a sports store and pick up something there, so feel free to make a recommendation for that, too.
Thanks!

I use it when I'm working with kids and we are having to rotate activities. If i remember correctly i shows up and takes up the whole screen. Might be worth a try!0 -

Yeah, that would work. Sadly, I don't have a smart phone or a PDA yet. (one more reason to want one. hee hee)
Thanks, everyone, but all of those stopwatches would have to be reset manually every thirty seconds. Was hoping for a hands-free option....0 -
I use a site, nakedalarmclock.com(I think). Open as many windows as needed, works like an alarm clock. You can set it to go off whenever you would like.0

You can google online alarm clock. There are quite a few out there. There are even a couple that let you set multiple alarms.0
