antibiotics and weight loss

So I've been super good with my calories but the scale doesn't seem to be moving. I've been taking doxycycline for a chest infection for the last 10 days and have 4 more days to go on it. Anyone know if antibiotics have an impact on weight loss?

I'm not sure in general terms but i just finished a 7 day course on some at 2000mga day dose and lost 3.6lbs but i worked out hard a few of the days too. Hope you see a loss soon
