    You look absolutely great! How long did it take you to get here? I have signed up w/this program for a few months now and have forgotten about it, but thank goodness, I found the app on my phone and remembered this site existed. Well now that I am determined to eat healthy and lose weight, it really helps to be involved in an inspiring community and reading success stories such as yours. Congratulations on your weight loss.

    I had lost somewhere between 12 and 14 lbs prior to January of this year. The remainder has come off in the past 6 months. I talked my Mom into joining in March. She has lost a whopping 45 lbs in 4 months. My sister and brother-in-law joined in May and they have already lost 21 and 27 lbs. A few other family members are just getting started but doing great. You have definitely come to right place! What I love is that while you're logging, you are learning. I can go to any restaurant or family dinner now and know how to make the best choices. I now know that I never really have to give up my lifestyle in order to enjoy food! Good luck on your own journey.

    Keep encouraging her. It was actually my daughter saying "come on Mom" that started my transformation. She SAVED MY LIFE! It will be worth the begging with her if you can help get her started.
