I currently do the 30 Day Shred-on level 2 (on fitness on demand) Its 25 minutes long-not sure if it's an abbreviated version compared to the DVD but nevertheless, how do you track it?
Cardio?
Aerobics?

I think most put it as Circuit training - general. The workout is the same On Demand as it is on the DVD.

I was wondering how others tracked as well.

I wear a HRM and just made my own exercise with the calories the monitor told me I burned. I was surprised that it was 234 calories today! I guess it's where I am out of shape and my HR was up as I was panting haha

I've only just started 30DS but I've got a new HRM, so by that it's around 230 cals on average, which is under what the circuit training would have given me in the database - maybe I need to push myself a bit further!
Interestingly, the split between fat burn & fitness was about 1:2 in terms of time, so hopefully as I carry on, the burn will increase as there'll be more muscle working
  • I log it as 'aerobics - high impact - 20 mins - 200 cals'
