30 Day Shred question

I was wondering if you could do the 30 Day Shred twice a day for 30 days.

Has anyone done this?

    As long as you can physically handle it ( and not get bored) I don't see why it would be a big deal.

    I do! on the days I have time, like when I'm off from work and the kids are entertaining themselves! I usually get to have a second round about 4 days a week!!! I mean, it's only 20 minutes!!

    That's what I was thinking. It's not easy for me at all, but its only 20 minutes. My son takes 2 naps a day, so I'd have plenty of time to do it.

    Sure you could. I don't know how it would affect the results - in terms of being TWICE as dramatic since you're doing it twice a day.

    Don't forget to give your body "rest" days - or your muscles will start to retain water...not letting your body naturally recover.

    I don't know if it would dramatically effect your results, but it's be awesome for an extra burn, or an extended strength session. [:

    I'm sure it would be fine, though I'm not sure how the results would differ. You could also work in a different short workout during that second nap. I did 30DS 6 days a week for 30 days with 30 minutes of cardio each day also.
