Finding motivation after losing, gaining, losing, gaining...

Since last year I've been on a rollercoaster of losing and gaining weight. I lost 15kg, and gained it back. Now I'm stuck in a rutt of losing weight, 5kgs at a time, and gaining it all back!! I
a) find it hard to keep myself motivated in general :P and
b) find it so difficult to get back on track after blowing it out of the water.

So, does anyone have any tips on being and /staying/ motivated??

    It's hard once the motivation goes astray, trust me I know, but I just put on my big girl panties and went for it again. A personal reward at the end, non food related, always seems to help too, but I've found that the buddy system is the best way in the long run. We just have to think smart and eat smart once again.
