help with ticker

Can someone tell me very specifc instructions on how to put a ticker on here?
I know where to find one. But, then what do you do with all the html? WHere exactly do you cut and paste it?
SOrry for my ignorance. I am, as you can tell, new at this.

    an exercise ticker? you paste the big tag line from the ticker site into your signature in the message board section. hope that helps
