I have consistently dieted on and off for about 4-5 years!! I'm ready to kick into gear and would love any support I can get. I'd love to help anyone else through too! Daily check ins, exercise tips, anything will help! Friend me and let's get started! :)

    Me too!

    I got to goal last year and this year put about half of it back on again.... Hopefully on the way back down again!

    Why can't I just stay at goal?!! As soon as I feel happy with myself I go crazy with junk food and alcohol. I have absolutely no moderation.

    I don't know if I qualify as a Yo-Yo dieter-- more like a short term dieter!! I start and might make it thru a few weeks then I am done, even if I haven't lost any wt! Yikes but I like that I can track from MFP on my phone, since I forget to write things down in a traditional food log at the end of the day!! Good luck!

    Thanks much ladies! I plan on keeping a food journal and added the My Fitness Pal app for my iTouch.

    And i'm with you jodidlyO.. Moderation is my weakness ;) I'm hoping to make small changes and finally get to where I want to be and actually stay there! Just trying not to rush into anything. Good luck to you too :)
