Today was a very proud moment for me. I have been spending the last couple weeks altering my life for a more healthier lifestyle. Today my 19 year old daughter came over to raid my fridge like kids do when they move out on their own lol. She informed me that my fridge and cabinets were too darn healthy!!

While she was greatly disappointed that the normal comfort foods were no longer available like cookies, and snack cakes. I was very proud of my accomplishment and that it was a noticeable difference!!!
