Natural Running Shoes

Hey everyone, just picked up my first pair of running shoes - Saucony ProGrid Kinvara's.

Any tips or tricks out there for folks wanting to make the switch?

Went on my first run tonight, and although hilly, I tried to keep it slow so that I wouldn't hurt myself - I've heard the transition takes time and can really fatigue your feet and the whole lower body.

Thanks for any advice you can give!!

Love my Kinvara's great shoe. As far as transitioning into a shoe of that type, I really noticed no difference. There is still enough shoe there that I didn't have any issues. I think my 3rd run in them I went 15 miles. (was in the middle of marathon training)
But that said, it never hurts to stay on the conservative side. Just listen to your legs. If they are tired, rest or back off a little.
