    Hi, I'm Jondi and I am from Evansville, IN. I have never dieted before. This is the first time. I weighed about 110 pounds for most of my teenage and adult life until my late twenties when I slowly started to gain weight. It was very gradual. But eventually, within 7 years I was 100 pounds heavier! NOT GOOD!

    So, here I am trying to teach myself a new lifestyle.
