Hi everyone, I am a new member and heard about this site from youtube.
I really need this right now because I have been stuck with 40 extra pounds for 2 years now.
I eat too much, and seeing the calories add up is making me think twice.

I am just curious though, does calorie counting really work? If I only take walks in the evening, but watch my calorie intake, can I still loose weight?

    yes you can. Try it and be honest give it a month or so and you will see as long as you are honest and log everything,
