Okay guys, I need a really good, low cal shrimp recipe. I love them grilled but not a fan of old bay. I have panko breadcrumbs I am using for my 2 year old (he loves them "fried.") Any ideas would be great! Thanks in advance!

Shrimp stirfry. Shrimp with spahgetti sauce and whole wheat pasta. Steak/chicken breast and shrimp. Shrimp gumbo with turkey sausage.

lemon juice and garlic and little olive oil and then grill really lightly. yum.

Also, shrimp cocktail with homemade cocktail sauce (just get some low sodium straight tomato sauce and horse radish mix a 2 tsp of horseradish to a can of sauce or to your taste).

Shrimp scampi however instead of using butter use Imperial spread.... only 50 cal per serving and lower in salt than reg butter or olive oil, which is twice the calories.

Shrimp and grits.

Shrimp tacos or fajitas.

grillmates has a whole line of dry marinades that ar good on shrimp... either on the grill or panfried in olive oil or butter. I toss it with linguini

Well, I boil and mix them with tomato, onions, coriander, a little bit of vinegar and salt. Tastes like ceviche (It is) but its healthy and I think its delicious

For a filling meal of about 340 calories... shrimp,a serving of brown rice and cantina sweet and sour sauce hits the spot

Also like to add them to stir fries
