So me and my Fiance joined this site, seems very cool, But we are on this "Low Carb" diet. We Love it, and it works. but the site seems to not have alot of option for counting carbs etc etc. any suggestions? Or is that diet still taboo in most circles.

I'm a big supporter of the Anabolic Diet.0 -
I'm a little confused. It has a carb setting. You can manually set for a certain number if you'd like.0

Welcome!!
just add sugar and carbs and whatever else you want to track as your nutrients that will post in your diary. Good luck on your journey!! There are many lo-carbers here0 -
Under food settings you can set it so it shows carbs.0

Lol ok Ill stop giggling now.... ok calm now.... sorry there is a topic that hasnt been debating that for two days. Welcome I suggest adding pals that support a low-carb lifestyle Our household is gluten free (ok low gluten for most of us), and in doing that we basically cut everything processed which slashed our carbs extremely! And I love it and its helped alot.0

don't mean to sound stupid, but what options are there for a low-carb diet? I'd actually like to know, google doesn't help me understand what actual people do, lol0

Personally, I don't think extremely low carb (low carb is one thing, almost no carbs are totally different) diets are long term successful for the vast majority of people that lose weight on them. But I don't feel like ranting about it, so I'll just answer your question.
You can go to GOALS --> Manually adjust % of your diet you want to come from carbs.0 -
Yep, you can adjust your carbs to your liking. I did the same! I've allotted myself 20 carbs a day (still in half-assed, doing it my own way induction phase), but plan to up those carbs soon. I am also keeping track of my calories, sodium, potassium and fiber so while this is mostly a calorie friendly website, I've found it really helpful for tracking everything else (including carbs) also!0

Google Anabolic Diet by Dr. Mario Pasquale. Doing this long term is probably realistic because it's not restrictive of carbs 100% of the time, you get two days a week to recharge via a carb-up and it encourages you to have a day of junk food (to a point).0
