Before I started on mfp I had lost 10 pounds on my own with the gym and better eatting but could not continue on my own , now down 14 pounds , been looking through my old pics before I moved to nz and omg it really was not pretty, I have a long way to go but just wanted to show you lovely people because it made me smile

highest weight just a few days before i left scotland 196.6

these are not quite the 1 stone mark but as im full of the flu im not up for sharing those pics
I am now 182.4 and offically no longer obese and never will be again
