first stone gone w/pics

Before I started on mfp I had lost 10 pounds on my own with the gym and better eatting but could not continue on my own , now down 14 pounds , been looking through my old pics before I moved to nz and omg it really was not pretty, I have a long way to go but just wanted to show you lovely people because it made me smile

highest weight just a few days before i left scotland 196.6

thanks guys , but loads more work to go bit of a fright seeing the oldest pic , with all the chocolate in the background too ... not going back to that stage hope you are all doing as well

thankies , really in need of a new camera though glad you said that as i took the last 2 totally wanting to do a pin up style photoshoot when I get to my goal
