Friday....the first night of the weekend!

This weekend try something different, get our workout done before you start errands or chores. After your workout eat a healthy small meal and put an apple or portable snack in your purse or car so while you are out running around you don't end up eating a "why did I just eat that" snack!

You are in control of what you end up doing this weekend, as much as it may not seem like it at times, you are the boss of you!

No excuses, no I will workout as soon as I get back from the grocery store or target or after I vacuum the house because you all know that the other things in life will deter you from getting even a 30 minute workout in. So workout first!

Ok, that is my leading advice for the day :wink:

    I am going out to dinner tonight with the hubby & kids and I have worked my butt off today to be able to enjoy myself & not worry about going over calories. I've been eating very light today & so far, I've burned 1100 calories by doing 2 exercise videos (35 minutes on one, 40 on the other) and 25 minutes on the exercise bike! I'm also going to walk (250 more calories) BEFORE we even go so I can have my chicken calzone & a slice of pizza!!!:drinker::bigsmile: Heck..I may even have enough calories for a nice chocolatey dessert!:laugh:

    I am going running with friends this weekend before 6am (its going to be cold)
    Then a bike trip with a sweet guy

    I had enough calories for dessert, but after eating that calzone & a slice of pizza...I feel SICK! Not as good as I remembered!:sick:
