Hello
I work at a fruit/vegetable farm picking the crops. We generally walk out to the fields anywhere from 100 feet from the pea/bean fields to 1/2 mile to the furthest strawberry/raspberry fields and then pick and walk back again. The shift is 4 hours long so in general how many calories would I lose? Does this come under gardening?
Thanks
Casey

instead of logging it as exercise, why not change your activity level to light active to account for the calories burned from this type of activity. If the shift was longer than 4 hours (6-8) I would suggest a setting of active.0

You could log it as two different entries. One for gardening and one for walking. You just need to be sure you keep track of your times and how fast you are walking.0
