Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga Help?

Hi, I bought the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga video - but I bought the digital version. This does not include any menus or extras you might get on a dvd. It goes right into warm-ups, then Pilates/Yoga/Abs, then the Weight loss yoga portion, then the weight movements and then a cool down.
Does anyone with the video know if there's another way I should be doing this? Am I supposed to follow this order? What if I don't have the full hour? Can I just do the 20 mins of the middle part?

    Hello!

    I have the dvd version, and it's supposed to be in this order, warm up, weightloss yoga, pilates yoga abs and weight movement. following the dvd plan you have week 1 - 2 with only warm up weightloss yoga and cool down which makes around 35 minutes
    week 3-4 you add the pilates/yoga abs after the weightloss yoga and finally week 5-6 you add the weight part to the other 2 sections.

    so far I did the week 1-2 and I started 3-4 and it's a very challenging workout!!! but I like it!
