Another NSV

I bought a pair of neoprene shorts for excersise. I bought them a year or so ago. Last year I was unable to get them on. I could not even pull them up all of the way. Two weeks ago I tried them on again and was able to pull them all the way up (with a very hard struggle) In order to get them zipped I either had to have my daughter help me or I could lay down on the bed and struggle with them and get them zipped. This morning when I put them on I was able to pull them up without a problem and zip them by myself while standing up. This gives me more motivation to keep going on the weight loss.

Fantastic job..that always feels so wonderful,
that's why I go by the way my clothes fit or don't fit
for that matter more than by the scale, the scale is a liar
sometimes lol..

Thats awesome! I know how you feel... I made a donation to Goodwill with all my 'fat clothes'. I bough new (used) clothes at Goodwill - and now they are getting loose . Once I get to my ideal weight, I will buy some brand new clothes, but right now, I am losing so much weight, its not worth it to buy something that will be baggy later

yeaa, mini goals like that are awesome! i bought a pair of wrangler jeans for 3 pound 2 weeks ago (yay) but it didnt fit over my legs at all, can now close it aswel (and walk without breathing!) that will be my goal for next week x

You peeked my interest in the neoprene shorts. I did some research on line and decided to go pick me up some.I got the Gold's Gym Neoprene Shorts at Walmart. I wore the shorts today in my workout. They definetly work, I was soaked. Keep me posted how it goes for you and I'll let you know how mine work out for me.
