Ok just my luck right! I started dieting a week ago, been watching my calorie intake & compltley got off of soda too!
My dilema is: I just spranged my foot! I'm in a HUGE black boot! I was doing good but now what? I am suppose to walk every morning for 5 days straight & of course now I can't! I do sit-ups in the morning & lift some weights, but what to do about walking? any suggestions on what exercise I might be able to do? Oh ya & i'm stuck in this black boot for the next 3 weeks!
Anything suggetions will be GREATLY appreciated! thanks!

You CAN get cardio sitting down, I have done it. Look up on the internet for a work out.
I sat in a straight back chair. put on my music and worked out.
you can lift your legs straight in front of you and the do small upward movement. do like 10 and you will see the HR going up. use arms at the same time and it will go up more.
bring legs to a v, squeeze them back in. Use your own body as resistance.
my legs were so sore the next day cuz I didnt think it was much of a work out so didnt stretch.
Dont give up! Please:flowerforyou:0 -
Just stick to your daily calorie plan and rest your foot.
You can start again when it heals.
Also you could do weight training on the top half of the body.
Believe it or not weight training burns calories too...
Also builds muscle...more muscle more calories your body burns....
Weight training is great for women.....
Start with 5 lb weight for some nice toning0 -

No carbs and go swimming. You can do a great workout in the pool.0
