Dieting isn't my strong point, mostly because its too restrictive (following set meal plans), or laborious working out what you've eaten.
As a gadgetophile an app that does a lot of the work for me is great. I record what I eat (the barcode scanner is great though it does make mistakes which is probably a database error) and can keep within my daily plan. I can even have treats which is great.
My goal for 3 years has been to lose 100lb, but I never really started. Now I have :happy:

I *love* the barcode thing. I just discovered it a couple nights ago, after using this app for almost 4 months! :blushing: There are a couple of other barcode apps you can download separate from MFP.

I read about the barcode scanner on FAQs on my phone but when i went to try it didnt work/wasnt there so idk.What kinda phone do you have?
