leg trimming

I'm at a good weight and size, but I really need to slim my legs down, well my thighs! Anyone have any ideas? Im doing 30day shred at minute, due to finish on the 15th of this month, this has helped loads other than making my tummy bulky!

    Lots of cardio...especially jogging, running, walking. It's really trimmed my thighs because my lower half is bigger. Good luck to you!:flowerforyou:
