Maintaining My Weight

Since joing MFP, I'm now under my weight goal. Any suggestions on how I maintain the weight?? I've heard I'm suppose to consume all of the calories suggested by MFP & the calories that I burned after a workout I'm suppose to eat back so that at the end of the day I'm completely balanced. Then I heard I'm suppose to be under my calorie suggestions. I'm totally confused and would greatly appreciate any and all advice. Thanx!

Have you changed your goals to "maintain weight"? That might be one place to start.0

To maintain your weight, you don't want to eat at a deficit anymore. Make sure you goal on your profile is set to NOT lose any weight.0

Per other posters, just set your weight goal to maintain your weight.
Also, I just got a copy of book on running and it came up with a "quick and dirty" answer to approximately how many calories are needed to maintain weight - multiply your weight in pounds by 13.
I did the math for me (198*13) and it came out about right.
BTW, congrats on hitting maintenance!0
