Ok men, i know you opened this anyway, but really- women only. see ya!
so for the past few days i've been huffing about the scale not moving (yes, im a daily weigher inner.. bad, I know) It hasn't been moving- but I just ahd a "duh" moment- i have my "friend". (i use that term incase any men are still following along lol.) Anyway, how often do you generally start noticing weight loss again after its over?

The whole week and a few extra days is a write off for me. But seeing as you aren't seeing a gain, you probably will have a nice loss when all that water leaves!0

it takes my body a little less than week to recover from TOM0

Ugh I hate it when its that TOM (time of month)....I usually start seeing the scale go down a day or two before I'm done.0

I actually lose weight faster durning that week. I was stuck in a plateau last month and the only time the scale moved was when I had it.0

I notice usually once my friend has left, either the day after or two. Then I can sigh in relief!!0

For me it's a few days after it's over.0

About the 4th day after TOM (time of month) is when I see the most weightloss!0

Yes. I get bloated and have the worst cravings for salty things prior to my "friend". Once my friend arrives and after she leaves, my cravings aren't as bad, my bloating goes away, and I feel a lot better. I think it's pretty common.0

I dropped about 6lbs after the week of. Though not sure if its water weight or actual weight loss though0

Thanks ladies!0

It takes me the whole week to see any movement, just finishing up TOM and hoping to watch the scale go down... on a good note, I usually add back 1 or 2 pounds that week, but I didn't do that this time, at least only for one day at the beginning, so am hopeful I will be down in the next couple of days. Drinking more helps (water, etc.) for me anyway...0

a week. maybe 2 days after. sucks!0

I gain 4-6 pounds in bloat the week before. ALWAYS.
It usually goes down within a day of starting, though. Thank goodness. Be sure to drink tons of water! Might not seem logical, but it helps me. When in doubt, HYDRATE!0 -
My only PMS symptom is being SUPER OMG THIRSTY!! But a few days after I start (I'm a 4 day kinda gal), then all that water drops and I'm back to normal.0

What are you ladies talking about ? ! ?0

i notice weight loss 4 days after or so! So i think you lose inches while on TOM.0
