lalalalyndsey - first off, I dance, been doing it for years, but it's a great workout! I do all sorts - ballet, hip hop, lyrical, jazz, and tap. And I've been going to the gym hardcore since summer started (I'm a teacher so I have the time now!): I do 70 minutes of cardio on a couple different machines and then some strength training with crunches and a few weight machines, and lastly I do some stretches and plies (from my ballet training) just to cool down and stretch out.0 -
