secrets to success or other tricks/tips????

So last nite I am thinking about how to further turn my body into a calorie burning machine (besides all the stuff I already know i.e., water, exercise, protein, cut carbs, etc). And it occured to me that my fellow MFPers may have secrets, tips and other useful hints that reallllly work for them. I am down 79 pounds with 75 to go, soooo any high dollar pounders (that's what I call it when you have to lose over a hundred pounds...cute, eh? :bigsmile:) with tips that work would be supergreatly appreciated! Thanks yall!!!

    I'm more interested in how you lost the 79lbs!!! That's amazing!!! What are YOUR tips?

    Lemon water (as much as you can stand)
    Low Carb then switch to Hi Carb (some call it calorie shifting but it def works)
    weights, walking, (jackie warner/leslie sansone)
    allow myself what I REALLY want just not 4 POUNDS OF IT
    (I realized I'd lost a quite a bit of weight when my boss said omg. you. are. so. small. -in her cali valley voice) :noway: :bigsmile: (THAT keeps me motivated because shes a size 0 to 2)

    All great tips.

    Mine are:

    Eat at least 30 grams of protein within 30 mins of getting up.
    Drink a lot of water.
    Green veggies
    learn to love them.
    Bread----treat it like a dessert. Eat it in limited quantities.
    If you can grow it, or raise it in your back yard---eat away, otherwise think about it first.
    If it's white or can be white--treat it like bread. (except cauliflower)
