So I was working with what was in the fridge...not much lol. I wanted tuna salad, but without the mayo, we had a container of pesto, so I decided to go on that. A quarter of red bell pepper, a few finely chopped slices of red onion, two tablespoons of red kidney beans, half a small tin of tuna and a tsp of pesto. mixed and then on a plain toasted piece of whole wheat toast. Delish and sooo pretty! and under 300 calories :)
