Measuring Inches Lost???

This could be a dumb question however....
If you do your measurements and you lost 1 inch around each thigh, would you could that as 1 inch lost or 2 inches lost. While this question seems elementary, I've gotten mixed reviews.:sad:

I hadn't thought of this. Now you have me wondering.0 -
I go by per thigh. So, I'd say I lost an inch off my thighs (meaning 1 off each one).
I recently learned I'd lost 10 inches off each thigh. It never occurred to me to say I'd lost 20 inches. I figure most people realize I'm saying 10 per thigh.0
