As someone who needs music in her life, it should come as no surprise that I use it to power through a workout, too. Since I know tons (most?) people are the same way, I thought I'd share my current workout playlist (which I titled Fit Mess, cause...well, it's fitting lol).

    I would like to thank Beyonce for Crazy in Love because I KNOW I lost 20 pounds to that song alone!!

    That song is AMAZING. Those horns are insane and you can't help but move to that beat. Congrats on the 20 lbs :drinker:
  • Funny today I noticed I haven't changed my I-pod In a very long time.. Some songs when I hear them at the bar or on radio reminds me of working out!! lol

    I am the same way! In fact, as I was driving to the gym tonight, Ryan Star's "Start A Fire" came on the radio. Not ten minutes after I went inside, it started playing! It's now my gym anthem lol
