    It is good to remember that you should lose weight past your lean mass (then you'd just be losing muscle!)

    but I just measured myself and carefully followed the directions on how to find your body fat %, and it told me...

    I have 6% body fat! horrendously off

    then again, there are absolutely no instructions on whether to use metric or standard measurement. I used inches and pounds, perhaps I should convert and try cm and kilos.

    Thi is interesting because my goal was 115-120 and this website says 123 is like the lowest I can go to be healthy.
