Can't get off this point.

Hi all,
I have been on this site for about 4 months and I am stuck and can't seem to move forward. I just had a baby in January and I am trying to lose 50 or so pounds. I have lost 46 lbs so far. I did not join the site until after I lost all my baby weight. I am trying to workout when I can but now I am in a slow cycle for working out. I have a total of 3 children that keep me very busy and I am in need of some suggestions to move forward. Thanks in advance for the help!

Children usually love to be outside. Squeeze in 15-30 minutes of walking as a family!
OR....a video like 30 day Shred is a great choice. It is only about 27 minutes (and that includes warm up & cool down). 20-30 minutes is relatively easy to squeeze into your day.0 -
I have 3 as well. The only way I can get a workout in is to wake up at 5am. I tried 6am but too often I'd end up with an audience or stepping around a baby and he walks now so it's even harder. I've been doing Turbo Fire which is nice because I can just do it at the hosue which is good since my husband is often already at work at 5am.0
