weakness in week 4

I have done really well for the first 3 weeks, I have lost 7 pounds and am super excited! I am still working out like before, but my calories have been over for the last 3 days! I just feel hungry all day, is this normal for week 4?? :ohwell:

hm....well if you're eating all your calories that MFP suggests for you, eating back your excercise calories, getting plenty of water in.....perhaps adding in 5-6 mini meals a day instead of 3 meals if you haven't yet tried that?
That might make a world of difference....unsure why you'd be hungry as long as you're eating healthy food, getting in enough cals, water and that sort of thing. I have a harder time getting in all my cals because I don't really ever get hungry.
I do get them in but I don't get hungry because I eat every 3 hours approx. doing the 5-6 meals a day deal.
