I'm new here. I have been yo yo dieting for years. And i kinda know that the missing ingredient isn't, exercise or just "kinda eating right", i need to really look at what i eat and really take it into account in my over all fitness goals.

So that is what i am doing now. This website really allows me to feel like i'm in control and that i am fueling my body correctly!
