Guys...i am constantly undereating calorie wise but not always that much hungrier...any ideas
is it bad to drink a glass of milk at night?
im trying to go low carb but i think everything is carb so avoiding alot...very boring diets going on in my life...meats and veggies and salads....thats about it ?
any ideas please help/?

try some almond milk , its got less carbs than moo cow and in my not so humble opinion taste much yummier0

Not sure exactly what your question is, but I'd say that a glass of milk at night isn't going to hurt. Drink Skim or 1% - you'll cut back on fat and calories, but you'll still get some vitamins.0
