What's everyone's favorite post work out snack? I always want something salty and a lot of water!!! :))

    I go for milk, protein powder, and strawberry smoothie or peanut butter, protein powder and milk smoothie. Other stuff i eat is a glass of milk and loaded peanut butter on saltines, or yogurt.

    That's always been one of my favorite snacks! It's good with a bit of raisins mixed in the peanut butter too!

    Me too! Apple and peanut butter, or sometimes a glass of chocolate milk. Sometimes both!

    I just went to my local pub after a good hike and asked them to make me a chocolate milk :)

    i always workout early morning so it's straight to my breakfast of shakeology and oatmeal. YUM.

    What is with all the milk? I'm lactose interolerant and really don't care for milk as it is, so that's out of the question!
