When do you work out?

When do you work out, and why does it work for you?

I do my workouts at 5am so they are done before the kids wake up and I have to go to work. It makes me feel good to start the day like that and keeps me from feeling guilty about taking away from family time :)

    If I;m going to school, it's usually in the afternoon. Right now, I'm not working nor at school, so I'm doing them before lunch. I have to say, most of my life I'e worked out first thing in the morning, and I loved it.

    7AM straight cardio for an hour as soon as I get up M-F before work. I do strength training every other day through the week after work. Weekends I go at 9AM and do cardio for an hour and do strength training right after cardio.

    I do mine starting around 3 or 4pm. I homeschool so I have to do it after I'm finished with that and after I fix lunch. I try to get my youngest down for a nap and then get started but frequently she wakes up during my workout but I just get her settled and start back. I work out as long as I can or until I hit a good amount of time. I try to average 30mins. I like sleep too much to get up early, plus I stay up too late for it.

    Before work for 45 min to an hour, because I know as soon as I get home, I'm not gonna do anything but eat and watch tv. ._.
