    3. How has your nutrition changed over four years (example: I started out not tracking, eating what I'd been taught was healthy, I switched to The Schwarzbein Principle, now I track and have begun living according to The Primal Blueprint.)

    I wonder if anyone who says this has done the math on where she's at currently. As I said several pages back, I never would have thought that she was over 140, but according to what she said she's still at about 190.

    So, ya know, think about that before ya tell her she's going to be skin and bone.
