    Awesome job and it's very inspiring for people who lose slowly because not everybody loses under 150 pounds in nine months like some people. I have lost 50 in the last two years and that is very slow but I am excited to lose another 50 if it takes ANOTHER two years at least I'm skinnier and not fatter! And most likely you will be able o maintain as it was a gradual change, great job!

    It took about 4 years. Being in college trying to lose was super hard. I just ate healthy, kept enriched white flour to a minimum and busted my butt in the gym.

    Thank you, yeah I lost most of mine in high school and college. Def hard being around all the bad food, parties, ect. I lost a ton of it in the first year, but I struggled with the last little bit going back up and down as school got harder. Regardless, its not about how fast you did it... its just about getting there!
