Hi everybody,

Yesterday I purchased a 65 cm inflatable exercise ball. Other than doing sit ups on it...what other exercises can I do?
Does anybody know of any good websites, that may have directions?
Thanks!!!!

You can do Plank Rolls - or even just hold plank position for 10 seconds, rest 5, etc...

You can also lay flat on your back, put the ball in between your feet and lift up (a reverse crunch). Works your outer thighs and lower abdomen.

    Good luck!

I use mine to do hyperextensions sometimes.

Some people use them with free weights, in place of a bench.

Check out women'shealthmag.com - they have tons of printable workouts for stability balls, cardio, free weights, stretching... great resource if you're stumped for moves! :)

WOW GUYS! :-D thanks I will look into those...hmmm using it as a bench substitute...I can totally see how that would help work on stabilizing muscles.....now I can't wait to get home. :-D

I love the stability ball! This is the website I got a bunch of moves from. If you click on the person to the right you can get suggestions for the different body parts. I just copied all the ones I like into a word document and printed it out for the gym. So useful!
