Hey Guys,
I'm new around here,
I just wanted to say hi and ask a question or two,
Where it says calories remaining, is that the limit - i.e the most calories you should consume if you want to attain your goal?
And also, lets say I cycle and burn 700 calories, then it says I get a additional 700 calories to burn, isn't that just a waste of time? Is it not counter productive to go eating all the calories I just tried to burn off from exercise?
Oh and finally, is it true that you should never let yourself get hungry? I hear that if it happens your body tends to store the food as fat more readily?
Anyway, if you can answer any or all my questions that would be great.
Thanks!

The calories remaining is how many calories you have left for the day. When you excersis and you get more calories this number should fluctuate as well when you add the foods you eat.
Everyone is different. I don't eat back all my calories that I get from excersising but I do eat some. THis may not work for you. Test it out and see.
When I first got started I let myself get hungary so I know the difference between hunger and boredom or nervousness. Make sure you keep up on your water. Definitley drink all 8 glasses sometimes dehydration masks itself in hunger. I lose the most weight when I am drinking my 8 glasses a day.
Hope this helps.0 -
