    I love it. My work badge's photo is also from before I started.... pretty close the my highest ever weight. It's really nice to have it hanging around my neck so I can quickly and easily look at why I'm eating healthy and working out. Motivation is always close at hand with this badge. Some day, when I finally get to my goal weight, maybe I will ask for a new badge. But I don't know, this might be a good reminder to keep forever.
