Mini Chicken and mushroom pretend pizzas!

One wholemeal pitta cut into 4 pieces.
150g grilled chicken
Grilled mushrooms
30g low fat grated cheese
Spread of choice (I use chilli and jalapeno relish)

Spread on ya pittas, top with chicken, mushroom, cheese and grill! Serve with salad yum yum

    I do a very similar thing.. pita pizza with whatever veggies and healthy toppings I can come up with.
