That last 10 pounds ....

Hey, so that last ten pounds that just seems to be the ultimate acheivement on this journey - and one which eludes me. Oh I work out and really quite enjoy it, but my eating habits are my undoing. Problem - will power. Healthy eating is a very big of our dinner table .... but at 10pm ... my sugar/carb cravings kick in and here I am. Would love to connect with you .... desperate to stay the course and get my 5.2" frame looking just a little less 'weighty'.

    I'm right there with ya. I'm on my last 10-15lbs and suddenly I'm grabbing a chocolate bar here, some chips there...where the heck is this behaviour coming from!?

    I've found if I get enough water, I don't crave sweets.

    Maybe try making up some healthy snacks before hand? Spinach/Kale chips...etc? I like buttered popcorn (higher calories, but mostly healthy if made right) myself.

    i just eat them =P haha skinny cow ice cream is really good. super low cal. save up some calories if you know you cannot resist =] ! I always give in because I know I will never make it if I deprive myself. Let yourself have a reward :P your body is asking for it !

    I have been fighting with the last five pounds for a while, nothing I do seems to help. I do the treadmill walk just before bed and sleep great it also keeps me away from the fridge a that time.

    I like chocolate milk as a bedtime snack. It's filling like a small snack, tasty as a dessert, about 150 calories a glass, and good for you. I look forward to it every night, and knowing it's coming keeps me from snacking.
