No where near my calorie goals

My diary is open(I think). It's only been 2 days tracking here, but I have a feeling that my past 2 days worth of data is about average for me. I throw something in the crockpot every morning and it's always pretty healthy/low cal.
I then take the left overs to work the next day for lunch, along with yogurt, string cheese, banana.
After eating for the day, I'm satisfied, I'm not hungry and don't know how I can add in more calories without feeling overly full.
I know I could up my fruits and veggies, but then I feel I would consume fewer calories in the end because the fruits and veggies would fill me up without adding a lot of calories, therefore I would eat less higher calorie food.
If anyone looks at my diary and has any suggestions, I'm open to them. I don't mind the calories I'm eating, but according to my body media fit, I'm burning a total of 2600-3200 calories a day(if I work out in the morning, it's closer to the 3200). So, most days, I'm only eating 1200-1400 calories...creating a pretty big deficit, which I'm worried in the long run will be too much and negatively affect weight loss.
So far, I've done pretty well, losing 12 lbs the past 4 weeks, eating the way that I am, but I've recently started working out the past week or so, and I'm really worried that I'm going to consume too few calories and end up at a stall...
Thanks in advance for any insight.

I'm not familiar with the body media fit system, but my advice is to let MFP calculate your bmr and goal calories, then log ALL of your exercise calories, and make sure your net calorie intake is at least 1200. If you net under 1200 consistently your body will go into starvation mode and it'll probably hinder your weight loss...
