30 Day Shred?

I've done a few of Jillian Michael's workouts, and I really like them. Here's my question:
I already work out regularly for between 45-75 minutes/day 6 days/week doing cardio and circuit training. Is 30DS really more for people who are newer to exercise or would it be as effective for people who are already working out?
I hope this isn't a stupid question!

I think that you will see results from it. I usually workout 30-60 minutes 6 days a week. I only lost 3 pounds but did loose 3 inches off my body in a month. it does alot with toning and there is an regular person and a modified person for those who can't do the regular.
I actually wouldn't recommend this one for people just starting out because it was a struggle for me and i don't think that I that out of shape. No one I've told about it thinks that they can do it0 -
I just started 30 day Shred yesterday. First time. Level 1. It kicked my butt. I'm 5' 5" and 143lb. I'm pretty out of shape. That being said today was a little bit easier for me. So, I think if you have been working out that much I would start on level 2 or 3. I still think it would be very effective.0
