I have the ab rocket nad I love it, my DH does too. We can do up to 100 reps and feel great, feel the burn and hit it every day......

I have the ab coaster. I've only had it a week. It took my awhile to figure out how to do it correctly, without using my arms, but I think it'll work. I just added weights to it today. It's not worth $400, but if you order the $14.95, 30 day trial, you can tell them that you don't want it, and they'll take $200 off. If you really don't want it, it's like $60 to ship it back, so you almost may as well keep it.
