Fresh produce, low fat cheese, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, Quaker low fat granola bars.
I also always have peanut butter, fruit preserves, and sunflower seed butter at my house.
The rest of my grocery list changes based on my meal plan for the week.

greek yogurt, frozen mixed berries (for smoothies), whole wheat wraps (the possibilities are ENDLESS with these babies!), Kashi Go Lean Crunch, Multi-Grain Cheerios, Light Vanilla Soymilk, baby carrots, salad mixes, fresh fruit (apple wedges are my fav!), Emerald 100 cal packs (I LOVE the dark cocoa almonds...taste like candy!), mayo with olive oil, tuna fish, salmon, frozen and fresh veggies, light popcorn, fiber one bars (I get the 90 calorie ones)....hmm...that's all I can think of for now!

Stuff I grab on nearly every grocery trip:

    Mixed salad greens
Cheese for salads, like mozzarella or gorgonzola
    Baby carrots
    Grape tomatoes
    Hummus
    Berries of some sort
Greek yogurt (Fage is my favorite)

And I always have eggs, frozen veggies, low-sodium soups, raw almonds, good quality butter, and Parmesan cheese around, though all those go bad less quickly :)
