Hi, I am new to MyFitnessPal, giving it a go to see how well it works to keep me accountable to my nutrition! I thought I would post here to offer support to everyone who is on a journey towards better health and body size! :smile:

    Welcome, you are going to enjoy this site, it is helpful, supportive, and easy to use. The friends you make are wonderful. It is what keeps me going, and I am fairly new too.
    We are all on the same journey, here is where we share ideas, progress, setbacks, encouragment, and support. Make friends, keep a food and exercise diary. My favorite is writing a blog, its like keeping a daily journal, along with the comments I get from my friends.

    Mahal1822 how come you are struggling? I have a simple yet effective tip that I have used, you might find useful. Think of your goal in terms of 'getting slimmer' or 'toning up' or 'getting to x kg's' rather than 'losing weight'. It feels different when you think of it like that and I find it a more positive way to focus
