Back after 4 months away

I must admit I got discouraged and went away for 4 months. My problem is different to so many of you as I have about 10lbs to lose which doesn't sound a lot but means my clothes are tight and I feel really uncomfortable. I am really, really struggling with it and wonder if it's to do with my age (I am 57). I can't believe I was so skinny when I was younger and just could not put on weight ! Is there anyone out there in the same boat ?

Me too, I have about 7 to lose, and they are the hardest.
